NH Salesperson License
If you’re ready to get started with a Career in Real Estate, you’ve come to the right place!
Before you take the NH Real Estate Salesperson exam, the State of New Hampshire requires that you complete a 40-hour prelicensing course. Our classes are accredited by the State and designed to prepare you to take the Real Estate exam.
NH Broker License
To become a Real Estate Broker in the State of NH, the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission requires all applicants have one year full-time, or 2,000 hours part-time experience, and complete 60 hours of approved study before taking the real estate examination.
We offer an accredited 60 hour Broker course that is self-study and supplemented with an optional weekend review, covering both National and NH State Law material.
Weekend Pre-Licensing
We offer a weekend review (“Crash” weekend), a Friday night, all day Saturday and Sunday morning review class. This covers a review of all the material covered during the 7-weeks of classes, as well as strategy, test-taking, review of answers & Q&A, and is INCLUDED IN THE COST of the Salesperson Prelicensing course.
